On the 1st of February 2012, Mentis was delighted to welcome Michael Vaughan, Steve Bull and Hugh Morris to the Grand Hyatt Hotel Dubai for what was a truly fascinating and insightful event.
In these challenging times, organisations are even more aware importance and impact of mental toughness and resilience in the workplace. Dr Steve Bull’s hugely popular one day programme introduced the participants to the impact of resilience on personal and team performance as well as providing a range of tools to facilitate coping with pressure and developing mental toughness.
Dr Steve Bull has worked with the England and Wales Cricket Board since 1997 and following on from the core themes and ideas from the workshop led an incredibly insightful interview, with Michael Vaughan about his time as Captain of the England and Wales Cricket team, the success of the 2005 Ashes and how he personally coped with the media, captaining the different personalities in the team and coming back from serious injury.
