Two-day Hogan Certification Workshop:
Designed to provide an in-depth understanding to BPS Level A, B and HR practitioners of the Hogan Personality Inventory, Hogan Development Survey, and the Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory and how to effectively administer and interpret the Hogan Assessment Suite. Day 1 provides an in-depth understanding of all three Hogan inventories. Day 2 is designed to apply the knowledge gained from Day 1 and learn best practices with respect to providing feedback and implementing programs with these assessments.
