Situational Leadership®

Programmes

All of our solutions are anchored in the Situational Family of Influence Models These programmes are designed to be customised for each client and are available “off-the-shelf” to licensed clients with certified trainers. Each course is complemented by a host of optional job aids and/or extensions which serve to reinforce and insure the application of skills over time.

Before offering any of the Situational Leadership® training programmes in your organisation or to a group of people, you must sign a license agreement with Mentis.

Situational Leadership® is a copyrighted and registered trademarked training programme. The concepts around Situational Leadership® are protected under standard copyright laws. In order to offer this training to your employees, an organisation must sign a license agreement with Mentis as the International Representative of the Center for Leadership Studies. The license agreement serves as the joint agreement that your company will train our packaged programme and purchase training materials from us while we agree to provide Administrative materials necessary to facilitate the programme successfully.

We provide one full set of trainer materials with the license. Additional sets of materials can be purchased by your organisation.

Individuals must be certified by Mentis in order to facilitate the packaged training programmes. We offer on-site trainer certification in which we can come to your location. Arrangements to do so are made by contacting us directly.
